Charming Rooms, but Service Lacks Warmth
Our stay in a Junior Suite was pleasant, but the overall experience could improve. The outdoor bar had beautiful views, yet cocktails were overpriced. Spa facilities were nice but not all were functional. I recommend ensuring staff training for more welcoming interactions during your visit.

Beautiful grounds and large pool area.
I was appalled by the unwelcoming behavior of the male valets at the entrance who simply stared at us instead of greeting us. It felt extremely off-putting, especially after paying premium prices for our stay. Additionally, the spa facilities were not fully operational, with broken whirlpool jets and inconveniently empty water dispensers.

Couple getaway paradise
I gotta say, the restaurant here was unbelievable! We had a great meal that seriously blew us away. The staff even made reservations at the top places in town for us! Not to mention the fine gardens that were perfect for evening walks.
The price was a bit high, sure, but still bearable.
